We bought a new and quite rare 2018 Hyundai Elantra 6SP MT. My wife traveled little over an hour and a half to give it a try to this dealership and were happy we did. The Sales Manager (Philip Coffman) was great and to deal with and offered us a great price on the car. He even checked quite a few Hyundai dealerships around the area (WV) for price comparison so I consider them very honest.

Very nice people, felt important unlike other big dealerships in the area. They stayed late ad worked within the constraints kf my budget and credit and gave me the confidence once i bought my first new car that id been looking for. Ive already referred my mother in law to come down and speak to them she has gotten no where near the care that ive recieved from her dealership.

This was one of the best dealerships I've been to.. when I waked in a salesman started helping me with my car buying needs. And after I told him everything I wanted he suggested me a Hyundai elentra and I test drive it and like it but I asked if there was anything else then he suggested a accent which was the car I ended up buying after a test drive.
I went to the dealership with a specific budget amount in mind. The dealership worked with me to provide a quality vehicle within my budget limitations. Their service was professional and caring. There was no high pressure sales, instead the obvious desire to please the customer was conveyed every step of the way. The last time I used an unestablished repair shop was when they tipped my oil pan which seemed to create a chronic condition for my Ford and I ran out of go beside the Hyundai Service center and the next day I got my first Hyundai which was excellent. So when I drove it a lot my next choice was another Hyundai. I love the blue color and my clients really enjoy riding in it. I hope to order seat covers. They did an excellent job. We liked that they came out asked what we were looking for told us which were new and which were used and left us to shop. I liked that they didn't follow us around so we could talk without them hearing.
I just wanted to add that our salesman was not working the day we were coming in to sign the paperwork and complete the sale which we were able to do most of the work by internet and phone(which we really appreciated) because of our work schedules and because we live approx. 45 to 50 minutes from the dealership were a little later then expected but the salesman that handled us not only took the time to finish the deal he went over everything with us and stayed over an hour to complete this process, we never felt rushed and felt ...

As I said before the Hyundai sales staff is not very professional and I always use Don Wood Toyota salesman Steve Coon for my new Hyundai purchases, three new Hyundai vehicles since 2011. Hope this helps. PS..... each time I have my Hyundai serviced I receive a coupon in the mail with discounts that always expire before my next service is due, DUMB!!!!!! Just pisses me off. I am NOT going to be serviced early just because I have a coupon.
